From my early work in sexual health research to my current career combining service design and psychotherapy, I have always been fascinated by two things: how humans make sense of change and how we work together to create change. This motivates me whether I’m working on orienting financial services organisations around customer need, developing safety procedures for railway staff, or exploring the future of cities.
With my curiosity for people and the narratives they weave to help manage change, I see the potential in thoughtful collaboration and group processes to unlock purpose-led value for organisations and their customers
As a service designer with a deep respect for people and the unconscious dynamics of organisations, I combine design, commercial understanding and therapeutic practices to unlock new forms of knowledge and pathways towards meaningful change.
