With a degree in Industrial Design, my work and process has always been grounded in a combination of creativity and exploration, balanced with insight and feasibility. I found service design whilst studying, and have spent my career working in various digitally focused consultancies helping clients better understand the needs of their customers and how to meet them effectively.

I’m passionate about creating meaningful, impactful change for people and not only do I get the chance to do this at Livework, I’m also currently a part time student, studying for a masters in Healthcare & Design with the Royal College of Art.
