My role at Livework is centered on designing services that, above all, are made for people, which takes place through a human perspective on customer experiences combined with solid research methodology. I believe in Service Design as an essential approach to realizing and making actionable solutions to complex problems that both organizations and the community face.
She works as a service designer, bringing the perspective and needs of clients to the center of strategies that answer business questions. With degrees in Public Management and Law from UFMG, Alessandra combines research experience and understanding of complex organizational contexts with an empathetic look at people’s needs.
