I founded Livework in Brazil in 2010, as I realized that there was a great opportunity in the country to use design to help organizations differentiate themselves by offering and providing better services to their customers. It was also a good way to unite my Production Engineering business and operations repertoire with the techniques and vision of empathy, collaboration and experimentation that I learned in my Design training. My role is to ensure that our promises to organizations are relevant and delivered through long-term relationships with our customers, and that we continue to evolve the discipline of Service Design.
